What customers wrote about us on Google.

  • From the estimate to the last pallet

From Nicole who estimated the job to Marcos and the guys who did the job everything was perfect. They came when they were scheduled, did the work fast and cleaned up afterwards. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. 5 1/2 pallets of Zoysia on a hot and humid day. If you need grass then call these guys, you won’t be disappointed.

Wholesale questions

The questions contractors ask

No. We sell by the pallet, by the half-truck and by the full truckload. Wholesale per-pallet pricing starts at a 16-pallet minimum; for smaller jobs we still quote you the pallet rate. A pallet covers 450 sq ft.
Yes. You can combine varieties on a single load, for example 10 pallets of Bermuda 419 and 8 pallets of Zoysia. Tell us the split when you request your quote.
Per-pallet rates are published above. For full truckloads and recurring supply, contractor pricing scales with the size of the job. Send us your pallet count and jobsite and we'll price it to your order.
Yes, across the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Handling and delivery start (call for price), depending on the distance from our Pilot Point yard and the size of the load, and are confirmed in your quote. If you would rather load yourself, you can also pick up at our yard.
Yes. We grade and prep the soil so the pad is sod-ready before the pallets land, which matters most on new construction and full lawn replacements.
Sod-only is our focus: pallets and truckloads delivered to your site. Our crews are available as an optional service for jobs that need the sod laid too, at a price on request (call for price).
Every order is cut to order for your delivery window, so it arrives fresh. Call with your date and we'll confirm the current lead time.
Tell us as soon as you know. Because we cut to order for your date, the sooner you call the easier it is to re-slot your load. You deal with one number, so you are not chasing a delivery the morning your crew shows up.
Yes. For crews building the same lawns week after week, we set up recurring supply so the pallets are cut fresh and on the jobsite when you need them. Send us your schedule and we build the delivery calendar around it.
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at our pickup yard, 13380 Tischler Rd, Pilot Point, TX 76258, with no delivery charge. Sod is cut to order, so book at least 48 hours ahead (72 for a full truckload). A pickup order doesn't include installation. Call (214) 702-0622 to confirm your day and time.
Both. Homeowners, DIYers and contractors can buy by the pallet, or by the half or quarter pallet, for delivery or pickup, and we can install it too. Wholesale per-pallet pricing starts at a 16-pallet minimum.
It depends on the sun your yard gets. Bermuda 419 is the full-sun go-to and our most requested, St. Augustine Palmetto handles shade, and Zoysia is the low-maintenance option. DFW's hot summers and clay soil favor warm-season grasses like these, and we recommend the right variety when we come out to measure.
